Early Physical Therapy for Low Back Pain Reduces Risk for Surgery, Medication, Imaging and Total Health Care Costs by $2736.23

At BreakThrough Physical Therapy, we have known this all along, but a new study of 32,070 patients shows that early treatment by a physical therapist for low back pain (LBP) reduces the need for surgery, injections, medications, and imaging, and resulted in lower overall health care costs than delayed treatment. In other words, the sooner you get in to see a PT for low back pain, the less likely you'll need more medical or surgical treatment for the injury. This saves you time, money, and pain (literally)!

Fayetteville is regrettably saying goodbye to Reina Chaperon on June 14. She is relocating with her husband and baby girl to Langley Air Force Base in Virginia. BreakThrough Physical Therapy is sad to see her go and she is very sad to leave. Reina loves her coworkers, the happy environment, and all of the great patients. Best wishes to Reina and her family on her move. We will miss you!
